On the afternoon of October 24, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province held a conference to announce the Prime Minister's decisions on personnel work.
At the conference, the provincial leaders presented Decision No. 2338/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the election results of Mr. Vu Dinh Quang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province for the 2021-2026 term.
Mr. Vu Dinh Quang was born on July 9, 1974, from Hung Yen province, with a degree in Electrical System Engineering, Master of Economic Management and a high level of political theory.
Before being elected Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, he worked at the Department of Planning and Investment (old) of Cao Bang province, holding the position of Secretary of the Thach An District Party Committee (old), then was elected Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province (April 2024) and joined the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee (June 2025).
On October 10, he was elected by the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Also on October 22, according to Decision No. 2337/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the results of the dismissal of Mr. Trinh Truong Huy from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province for the 2021-2026 term.
Thus, as of October 24, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province is being managed by Chairman Le Hai Hoa, 2 Vice Chairmen, Hoang Van Thach and Vu Dinh Quang.
The improvement of personnel for the leadership of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province aims to strengthen the administrative apparatus, meet management and operation requirements and promote local socio-economic development in the new period.
