On October 10, the People's Council of Cao Bang province, term XVII, 2021 - 2026, held the 36th Session (special session) to review, give opinions, and approve a number of reports and draft resolutions under its authority; and at the same time conduct personnel work.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the People's Council of Be Thanh Tinh province and Ms. Ha Nhat Le - Vice Chairman of the People's Council chaired the meeting.
At the session, the Provincial People's Council dismissed former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Bich Ngoc (retired under the regime).
Remove former Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Lam Thi Tu Anh (retired under the regime) and former Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs Pham Van Cao (retired under the regime); dismiss Mr. Trinh Truong Huy from the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term (due to not participating in the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Term XX, 2025 - 2030).
Mr. Trinh Truong Huy was born on June 13, 1978; hometown: Nuoc Hai town, Hoa An district (old), Cao Bang province; high level of political theory, professional qualification: Master of Education, Bachelor of Mathematics.
Before being elected as Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province in February 2023, Mr. Huy held positions such as: Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of the province (old); Chairman of the People's Committees of Tra Linh district, Trung Khanh district (old); Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc (old).
Also at the meeting, the Provincial People's Council elected Mr. Vu Dinh Quang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.
Thus, as of October 10, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province is being managed by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa, 2 Vice Chairmen including Mr. Hoang Van Thach and Vu Dinh Quang.
