On January 7, in Hanoi, the Government Inspectorate organized the announcement of the inspection decision on the compliance with the law in the management and use of budgets, public service activities, and services; investment, asset procurement, and management and use of public assets at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry.
Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Tien Dat chaired the announcement. Attending were Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan and representatives of relevant units.
Accordingly, the inspection period is from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2025; when necessary, it can be considered before or after the above period. The inspection period is 45 days from the date of announcement of the inspection decision.
The inspection team consists of 10 members led by Mr. Do Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Department of Inspection and Resolution of Complaints and Denunciations in the field of industry and trade (Department IX), Government Inspectorate.
Speaking at the announcement of the Inspection Decision, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan requested Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry to seriously comply with the Inspection Decision, closely coordinate with the Inspection Team, and provide complete, timely, and accurate dossiers and documents as required.
Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Tien Dat said that through inspection, it will clarify the responsibility in the direction and administration of the Ministry of Industry and Trade towards the School; assess the achieved results, point out shortcomings and limitations, and clearly define the responsibilities of collectives and individuals involved (if any).
The Deputy Inspector General of the Government directs the Inspection Team to deploy inspections in accordance with the scope, content, subjects, and period according to the inspection decision and approved plan. The inspection process must ensure that it does not affect the normal operation of the inspected agency or unit; implement on schedule and quality according to the provisions of the Law on Inspection and the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the Government Inspection Party Committee.
At the same time, strictly implement the regime of information, reporting, speaking discipline, and confidentiality of records and documents. The Head of the inspection team is fully responsible to the leaders of the Government Inspectorate for the progress, quality and results of the inspection; promptly report difficulties, obstacles, and complex issues beyond their authority.
