The Prime Minister requested to strengthen inspection and examination and strictly and thoroughly handle cases of fake drugs and drug price management violations.

This is the content required in Directive No. 36/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on organizing the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year to be joyful, healthy, safe, and economical.

The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Health to direct units and localities to develop plans and reserve medicines, equipment, supplies, chemicals, and medical biological products to ensure disease prevention and control and medical examination and treatment requirements, and to prevent drug scarcity and shortage.

Strengthen inspection and examination work, promptly detect and strictly and thoroughly handle cases of fake drugs, poor quality drugs, drugs not licensed for circulation and cases of violations of regulations on drug price management.

Promote propaganda and dissemination of legal regulations and knowledge about food safety to raise community awareness. Strengthen the implementation of risk monitoring to prevent and prevent food poisoning.

Strengthen inspection and examination of compliance with legal regulations on food safety before, during and after Tet.

The Ministry of Public Security proactively grasps the situation related to security, national interests, social order and safety, not to be passive or surprised in any situation; has preventive measures, detects, and effectively prevents plots and sabotage activities of hostile forces and reactionary subjects inside and outside; ensures information security and national network security.

Timely resolve complex complaints and lawsuits, not to let "hot spots" for security and order form; strengthen measures to prevent and combat illegal entry and exit.

Organize attacks and suppression of crimes before, during and after the Lunar New Year, focus on fighting and dismantling criminal lines and gangs, especially crimes of theft, fraud and appropriation of property, crimes related to "black credit", smuggling, trade fraud, production of counterfeit goods, crimes in the fields of finance, banking, high-tech crime, and drug crime.

Proactively fight and prevent the situation of illegal use of firecrackers during Tet.

Strengthen the work of ensuring traffic order and safety, have plans to minimize traffic congestion before, during and after the Lunar New Year; strictly handle violations of the law on traffic order and safety, especially related to the use of alcohol, beer, and prohibited substances when driving vehicles.

Strengthen guidance, review, inspection, rectification, and handling of violations of fire prevention and fighting safety; proactively prepare for rescue and relief work nationwide.

Ensuring security and safety of detention, education, and rehabilitation facilities; paying attention to implementing regimes and policies for prisoners, students, and campers during Tet.

The Government Inspectorate presides over and coordinates with ministries, branches, and localities to organize good citizen reception, promptly and legally resolve complaints and denunciations under its authority; focus on definitively resolving cases of complaints and denunciations that are large, complex, and prolonged.

Strengthen propaganda and mobilization to take appropriate measures to prevent citizens from complaining and denigrating staying in Hanoi during the Lunar New Year days.
