In the achievements of the People's Security Forces over the past 80 years, there has always been an important contribution from the Professional Technical Forces.
Over 72 years of construction, combat and growth, the Professional Technical force is increasingly strong, constantly striving, overcoming difficulties and hardships, resourceful, brave, flexible, and creative in work and combat.
Speaking at the working session, General Secretary and President To Lam affirmed that the history of fighting to protect national security and ensure social order and safety has proven the particularly important role and position of technical and professional work, even this work is decisive at some important times.
In recent years, technical and professional work has made new progress in the spirit of innovation, modernity, and more inclusiveness. The unit not only actively and effectively participates in specialized cases and cases but also proactively coordinates to protect national sovereignty, space sovereignty, protect territorial borders through technical and professional measures and serve the country's socio-economic development process.
General Secretary and President To Lam emphasized that technical and professional work must truly become the eyes and ears, the nerves of national security protection, ensuring social order and safety to make an important contribution in combat, winning in all situations, neutralizing all conspiracies and activities of hostile reactionary forces and criminals.
Technical and professional work must become a steel wall, a block of police professional intelligence, protecting the breakthrough process of science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
General Secretary and President To Lam also requested to expand technical and professional work in new spaces to proactively eliminate security risks and strengthen national security protection capabilities.
