At the same time, voters also proposed to continue mobilizing socialized resources to support the Fund for Care and Promoting the Role of the Elderly, maintaining the implementation of the longevity celebration and gift-giving regime according to regulations.
Research the issuance of unified elderly membership cards nationwide to facilitate the implementation of preferential policies for the elderly.

Contents related to membership procedures, membership fees, membership management, membership card issuance; mobilization of socialized resources to care for and promote the role of the elderly and organize activities to care for the material and spiritual life of the elderly are regulated in current legal documents and guidelines of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of the Elderly.
The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will record voters' opinions and will also give opinions to the Vietnam Association of the Elderly to study, review, supplement and complete regulations and guidelines suitable to the actual situation.
The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front shall notify the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Da Nang City, the Committee for Petitions and Supervision of the National Assembly to summarize and report according to regulations.
