Each commune and ward will have 3 personnel introduced to key positions including: Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee.
According to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the collection of personnel opinions demonstrates objectivity and transparency in personnel work, while ensuring the effective operation of the commune-level government apparatus from July 1, 2025.
The introduction and arrangement of key personnel is carried out in accordance with the Central's instructions, in accordance with the practical conditions of the locality.
The selected cadres are all capable and qualified, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the current context. During the review process, the selection was implemented objectively, carefully, and in accordance with the process.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee oriented to arrange the existing 71 commune-level administrative units into 28 new administrative units.
In Gia Nghia city, there will be 3 new commune-level administrative units including Bac Gia Nghia ward formed from the merger of Dak Ha commune (Dak Glong district), Quang Thanh ward, Nghia Thanh ward and Nghia Duc ward.
Nam Gia Nghia ward merged from Dak R'moan commune, Nghia Phu ward and Nghia Tan ward.
Dong Gia Nghia ward will be merged from Dak Nia commune and Nghia Trung ward.
