Colonel Vu Van Dau, born in 1976, is from Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province. Before being appointed as Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police, he held the positions of Director of Quang Tri Provincial Police, Deputy Director of the Department of Investigation Police on Social Order Crimes, Deputy Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police.
According to Decision 4757/QD-BCA, from June 12, 2025, Colonel Ngo Thanh Binh - Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Investigation Police on Drug Crimes (C04).
Colonel Ngo Thanh Binh, born in 1976, is from Gia Vien district, Ninh Binh. Before being appointed as Director of Department C04, he held the position of Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police, Deputy Director of Department C04.
