The dissemination and implementation of resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat has been led, directed and organized by Party committees and organizations to be implemented seriously, with quality and on schedule.
The Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee has developed action plans and programs, directing Party committees and authorities at all levels to implement resolutions, directives and conclusions on the basis of suitability with the characteristics and situations of each locality, agency and unit. The tasks and solutions set by the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee are basically achieved. The work of inspection, supervision, urging and guiding the implementation of resolutions, directives and conclusions has been conducted closely, seriously, with quality, effectiveness, in accordance with principles, processes and regulations.
The report also pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations in the implementation of resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat, thereby proposing a number of contents for the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee to focus on implementing and overcoming difficulties and problems in the coming time.

Through inspection work, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee needs to promote its strengths, thoroughly overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out, lead the successful implementation of the Party's policies, strongly develop Ninh Binh, soon join the group of leading localities in the country in all fields, actively contribute to the Party's overarching goal of building Vietnam - a rich country, a strong country, democracy, fairness, civilization, on par with the world powers.
