On March 6, Inspection Team No. 1922 of the Politburo, led by Mr. Tran Viet Truong - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Inspection Team - had a working session with the Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
Implementing Conclusion No. 123 dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Project to supplement socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more, Kon Tum province was assigned by the Government to have a GRDP growth rate of 10%, the highest in the Central Highlands region.
According to the Kon Tum Provincial Electronic Information Portal, the locality has established a Working Group of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on removing difficulties and obstacles related to projects in the province, striving to disburse 100% of the assigned capital plan.
The province has provided 1,439 online public services, including 1,099 full-process online public services, 340 partially online public services on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System and the National Public Service Portal.
Strictly implement the arrangement of the apparatus in the direction of "Refined - Compact - Strong - Effective - Effective - Efficient" associated with restructuring and improving the quality of the staff and civil servants in the spirit of Resolution 18-NQ/TW.
Shared databases, databases of sectors and fields on population, health, education, natural resources, environment, etc. are actively deployed. 4G mobile network covers villages and residential groups, basically 5G coverage in Kon Tum city.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Tran Viet Truong suggested that Kon Tum province should develop a project and implementation plan and organize implementation to ensure progress under the direction of the Secretariat and the Politburo.
Regarding the implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, to achieve the growth target of 8% or more, the province needs to have a clear plan and scenario for 2025, with inspection, supervision, and accompanying solutions.
Kon Tum needs to promote the disbursement of public investment capital; promote administrative procedure reform, invite investors to invest in the area; bring digital transformation, Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Central Government to all areas of economic life.
The province also needs to focus on developing the forest economy, improving the quality of labor resources; focusing on developing the agricultural economy and tourism services.
