On June 12, Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee Tran Tri Quang signed and issued Official Letter No. 36/UBND-HCC urging the implementation of the tasks of Project 06, striving to have 80% of administrative procedures applying online services by the end of 2025.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thap province requested heads of units and localities to focus on directing affiliated units to seriously implement assigned tasks, ensuring quality and on schedule. In particular, special emphasis is placed on that by June 30, 2025, all leaders, cadres, civil servants of departments, branches, and localities must process work records on the network environment and use digital signatures to solve work.
In addition, it is required that heads of units and localities study and propose solutions to implement the settlement of administrative procedures outside administrative boundaries, people only need to go to the nearest one-stop department to submit transaction documents for administrative procedures. At the same time, urgently report to the Provincial Police before June 30, 2025, the roadmap for implementing full online public services for eligible administrative procedures provided, ensuring that by the end of 2025, 80% of administrative procedures apply full online public services.
According to Mr. Tri Quang, to implement Project 06 in 2025, the People's Committee of Dong Thap province has concretized it into directive documents, with a total of 58 tasks to be implemented in 2025. As of June 4, 2025, departments, branches and localities have completed 15 tasks, are performing 29 tasks and maintaining regular implementation of 14 tasks
