Currently, he is preparing dossiers to apply for transfer from civil servant to public employee at the commune-level People's Committee, in the position of Specialist in management of information technology application and digital transformation.
According to Mr. Phi, he has more than 10 years of working in information technology at his old unit and has a university degree in Information Technology, meeting the requirements for qualifications for the expected job position.
Mr. Do Van Phi requested the Ministry of Home Affairs to answer whether his case is eligible to be admitted to civil service according to the above job position or not.
At the same time, if they are accepted, will they be immediately appointed to the Professional rank (code number 01.03) and receive salary according to this rank, or will they have to be appointed to the Civil Affairs rank (code number 01. 004) before implementing rank promotion according to regulations.
