According to General Luong Tam Quang, General Secretary To Lam pointed out the importance and decisive role of data in the new era, the era of rising up, developing prosperity and prosperity of the nation, and at the same time, directed 7 issues that the National Data Association needs to focus on implementing in the coming time.
These are very important tasks in building and perfecting the legal corridor; developing four main data pillars; strengthening the application, moving towards autonomy of core data technologies, building a national blockchain platform, deploying a national application of decentralized identification, building a national data exchange and cryptocurrency exchange; building a high-performance computing center, training a large-scale Vietnamese language model, developing a national virtual assistant; building an advanced and modern data infrastructure.
On behalf of the Congress, General Luong Tam Quang said that he will seriously accept the General Secretary's instructions to concretize the implementation of the goals and tasks set out in the Congress Resolution so that the activities of the National Data Association can develop strongly, in accordance with the orientation and policies of the Party and State in the coming time.

The Congress approved the Program and direction of activities of the Association for the 2025-2030 term, approved the Charter and Project on personnel organization of the Association. The Congress also elected the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee, Standing Committee, Secretariat and approved the Congress Resolution with the high consensus of all members.
General Luong Tam Quang said that the Association will continue to perfect its operating apparatus and strive to immediately implement meaningful and practical activities, creating influence and influence to contribute to building the National Data Association in accordance with the motto "Conservation - Solidarity - Creativity - Breakthrough - Development".
