Each time a question was asked, a National Assembly delegate raised a question for no more than 1 minute, and the person being questioned answered a delegate's question for no more than 3 minutes.
Especially in the 15th National Assembly term, the questioning and answering activities at the National Assembly sessions and the National Assembly Standing Committee meetings were ensured to be close to reality with many innovations. The selected questioning issues were all hot issues, emerging in the socio-economic life, promptly resolving the shortcomings that voters and people were concerned about.
At the end of the question and answer session at the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man emphasized that the question and answer session at the session showed that the content of the questions met practical requirements, "hit and miss" the issues that voters, people nationwide and National Assembly deputies were interested in, continuing to affirm that this is a direct and effective form of supreme supervision of the National Assembly.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man assessed that, through practical activities, National Assembly deputies carefully studied the reports, raised issues, and debated briefly and clearly with specific questions.
Ministers and heads of sectors have demonstrated high responsibility, firmly grasped the functions, tasks and current situation of the sectors and fields under their charge, clearly answered many difficult and complicated issues, frankly, without avoidance, and clarified many issues raised by National Assembly deputies, while proposing many solutions to overcome limitations in the coming time.
Directly participating in the questioning sessions, Delegate Pham Van Hoa - National Assembly Delegation of Dong Thap province said that the focus on supervision activities, the content in the Resolutions, conclusions on thematic supervision, and questioning continued to be monitored and questioned by the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee, bringing practical results, ensuring that the Resolutions are implemented seriously and fully.
