The flag-raising ceremony is an occasion to review the heroic history of the General Offensive and Uprising in the Spring of 1975, especially the Khanh Hoa Provincial Liberation event on April 2, 1975 .
The event not only has the meaning of showing gratitude to previous generations but also arouses national pride, strengthens confidence in the leadership of the Party, raises awareness of revolutionary traditions for the younger generation, cadres, party members and people.
