The school will be completed and handed over in August 2026 to be promptly put into service for the new school year 2026 - 2027, meeting the learning, living and comprehensive development needs of about 1,000 ethnic minority children in Tay Giang commune and neighboring areas each year.

The presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the groundbreaking ceremony is a great source of encouragement for the local Party Committee, government and people, affirming the Government's special attention to the development of education in remote, isolated and border areas, contributing to the successful implementation of the ethnic policies and guidelines of the Party and State.

Da Nang City has a policy of spending about 740 billion VND to invest in building a solid and modern system of ethnic boarding and semi-boarding schools in 6 land border communes, in order to thoroughly resolve the situation of degraded facilities and create fair learning conditions for students in mountainous areas.

These are urgent projects for education in 6 communes: A Vuong, Tay Giang, Hung Son, Dac Pring, La Ge, La E (formerly in Nam Giang district, Quang Nam province), which have just been merged into the administrative boundaries of Da Nang.
