Surprise inspection of administrative procedures in Vinh Phuc

The Ministry of Home Affairs has discussed with the Department of Home Affairs of Vinh Phuc province about readers' feedback and recommendations related to administrative procedure settlement.

On December 4, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hoan (Tam Duong, Vinh Phuc) reported that the administrative procedures related to granting land use right certificates at the Branch of the Land Registration Office of Tam Duong district, Vinh Phuc province and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment were too slow compared to regulations.

Mr. Hoan said that this unit did not comply with the time prescribed by law and requested the Ministry of Home Affairs to inspect.

Regarding the content of Mr. Nguyen Manh Hoan's reflection and recommendation, the Ministry of Home Affairs has responded on the Electronic Information Portal.

The Ministry of Home Affairs said that it has discussed with the Department of Home Affairs of Vinh Phuc province about the above reflection and recommendation.

After receiving the information, the Department of Home Affairs of Vinh Phuc province discussed with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant professional agencies of Vinh Phuc province.

The Department of Home Affairs of Vinh Phuc province immediately established an interdisciplinary working group to conduct a surprise inspection of the performance of functions and tasks at the Branch of the Land Registration Office and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Tam Duong district, Vinh Phuc province to clarify problems that cause difficulties and troubles when handling administrative procedures for people and businesses; at the same time, take timely corrective measures.

"After the surprise inspection, the Department of Home Affairs of Vinh Phuc province will send a report to the Ministry of Home Affairs" - the Ministry of Home Affairs informed and said that it will notify Mr. Nguyen Manh Hoan of the results.
