At the conference, Mr. Sung A Nu - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 2088-QD/HDTW of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union on recognizing Mr. Vuong Duc Loi - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment as a member of the Executive Committee, member of the Standing Committee and Chairman of the Lai Chau Provincial Farmers' Union, term X, 2023-2028.
Mr. Sung A Nu also announced Decision No. 36-QD/TU, dated October 29, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on removing Mr. Vuong Duc Loi from the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; transferring him to take up the position at the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Agency from November 1, 2025.
Handing over the decision and assigning tasks, Mr. Sung A Ho - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee suggested that Mr. Vuong Duc Loi continue to uphold the sense of responsibility, pioneer and be exemplary of a leader; constantly strive to study, practice, and improve qualifications in all aspects.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Vuong Duc Loi promised to try his best, make every effort, constantly study, practice, improve his qualifications in all aspects, quickly approach new tasks, overcome all difficulties and challenges, be dedicated and devoted to the development of the Association.
At the conference, Mr. Sung A Nu also announced Decision No. 2064-QD/TU of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for Mr. Hoang Tho Trung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation to retire early from November 1, 2025.
