Speaking at the program, Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Nghe An province - emphasized that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is a major policy of the Party, with widespread influence. For Nghe An, this is both a responsibility and an important driving force to build a province with sustainable development, linking Uncle Ho's education with implementing socio-economic development goals.
Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu also affirmed that after 10 years of implementing Directive 05, Nghe An has appeared many good models and effective methods, creating clear changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members and people, aiming to become a province of good standing in the country by 2030.

Previously, the delegates offered incense and presented flowers to President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Special National Monument, expressing their deep gratitude and determination to continue studying and following Uncle Ho with specific and practical actions.
