At the press conference, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee Lai Xuan Mon said that the 13th Party Central Committee Conference recently held a meeting and decided on important tasks, in which the Draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress were approved and especially emphasized the importance of.
This is the "backbone" content, directly related to the success of the 14th National Party Congress, to the goal of rapid and sustainable development, to improving the real life of the people.
The content of the document basically meets the requirements to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, shaping strategic thinking, vision and development orientation of the country until the mid-X mixed-century period.
Mr. Lai Xuan Mon said that in order to prepare well for the 14th National Party Congress, the 13th Central Conference has directed to continue to supplement and perfect the contents of the documents. The documents need to be concise, profound, demonstrating a strategic vision, affirming three strategic breakthroughs in the new conditions of institutions, infrastructure and human resources. Clarify digital transformation, green transformation, smart regional and urban linkage; focus on marine economy, cultural economy. The important thing is to qualify the targets and roadmap for feasible implementation.
Mr. Lai Xuan Mon said that the announcement of the documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress is to collect comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, unions, cadres, party members, people and compatriots abroad in the Draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress to gather and promote the people's intelligence and mastery to contribute to the Party in shaping important guidelines, policies and decisions of the country. The time for collecting opinions is from October 15 to November 15, 2025.
Regarding the form of collecting opinions, Mr. Lai Xuan Mon said it is done through 3 forms: Organizing collecting opinions through conferences, seminars, and seminars; through the VNeID application and through letters.

(1) The Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th National Party Congress, titled: "Under the glorious flag of the Party, join hands and unanimously successfully implement the country's development goals by 2030; strategic autonomy, self-reliance, confidence, and strong progress in the era of national growth for peace, independence, democracy, prosperity, civilization, happiness, and steadily moving towards socialism";
(2) Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented innovation in the past 40 years in Vietnam;
(3) Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025) and proposing orientations to supplement and amend the Party Charter.
