On the morning of April 1, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Long An province - chaired the presentation of the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of Long An Provincial Party Committee decided to take a policy leave for Mr. Nguyen Hong Thuy - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, from April 1, 2025.
The Standing Committee of the Long An Provincial Party Committee also decided to accept and transfer Ms. Le Thi Cam Tu - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to work at the Provincial Women's Union, holding the position of President of the Long An Provincial Women's Union, term 2021 - 2026, from April 1, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Long An Province Nguyen Thanh Hai acknowledged and highly appreciated Mr. Nguyen Hong Thuy's contributions in the past time; he hoped that after retirement, he would continue to promote the qualities of a Party member, contribute intelligence and experience to the local movement.
For the new President of the Women's Union Le Thi Cam Tu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, she believes that in her new position, she will be dedicated, creative, improve the effectiveness of the Union's activities, and develop the women's movement sustainably and substantially.
Mr. Hai emphasized the role of female cadres, hoping that the new Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union would demonstrate her mettle, intelligence, solidarity, and pioneering spirit in her work, contributing significantly to the overall development of the province.
