Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, on behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee, signed and issued Resolution 93/2025/UBTVQH15 on the regulation of implementing democracy within the Ethnic Council, National Assembly Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, and Committee of the People's Council.
Accordingly, this resolution stipulates the content and methods of organizing democratic implementation within the Ethnic Council, the National Assembly Committee, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, and the Committee of the People's Council.
Fully implement the principles of implementing democracy at the grassroots level according to the provisions of the law on implementing democracy at the grassroots level.
Timely detect and strictly handle violations of regulations on implementing democracy within the Ethnic Council, the National Assembly Committee, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, and the People's Council Committee according to the provisions of law.
The contents must be made public according to the provisions of Article 46 of the Law on Grassroots Democracy Implementation directly related to the activities of the Ethnic Council and the National Assembly Committee.
The content and progress of submitting draft laws and resolutions to the National Assembly, draft laws and resolutions to the National Assembly Standing Committee for draft laws, resolutions and resolutions assigned to preside over the drafting.
The Resolution also clearly states that it is necessary to ensure that inspection and supervision activities within the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the Committees of the People's Councils at their levels are carried out regularly, continuously, systematically and effectively; thereby, there are measures to promote advantages, overcome shortcomings, promptly handle and prevent violations.
Ensure that the contents of recommendations and reflections through the inspection and supervision of members of the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the Committee of the People's Council, and the Committee of the People's Council at the same level are received, reviewed, and resolved promptly.
