The Ministry of Home Affairs has just issued a Decision on approving the priority fields and job positions to attract and promote talented people of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the period 2025-2030.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Home Affairs prioritizes attracting and promoting the talent of the Ministry in 2 groups of fields: Building institutions for sectors and fields under the state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs; developing science, technology, innovation; digital transformation, data governance and applying information technology.
The Ministry of Home Affairs also outlined 6 priority job positions to attract and employ talented people, including: position in organizational apparatus; position in human resource management; position in administrative boundaries; position in salary labor; position in legal affairs; position in information technology.
The Ministry of Home Affairs assigns the Department of Organization and Personnel to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to guide, urge, and inspect the implementation of policies to attract and promote talented people for priority areas and job positions in this decision.
In addition, the Department of Organization and Personnel is assigned to advise on annual reviews and assessments and propose adjustments (if any) to the list of priority job fields and positions to suit practical requirements and development orientations of the Bo for approval by the Minister.
In addition, heads of units under and directly under the Ministry, based on the fields and priority job positions approved in this decision and current legal regulations, proactively propose plans to recruit, arrange and use talented people under the management of the unit to ensure proper implementation of policies to attract and promote talented people according to the provisions of law and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The decision takes effect from September 3.
