On May 21, the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission (PCC) issued a Press release on the results of the 50th Session of the Provincial Party Committee's PPC.
At the 50th Session, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed the review results report and proposed disciplinary action against Mr. Nguyen Duong, Party member of the Office Party Cell of the Department of Finance, former Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Dak Nong province.
As a Party member and Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Mr. Nguyen Duong violated and had shortcomings in advising the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee to decide to approve investment policies for wind power projects that were not in accordance with regulations.
Mr. Nguyen Duong did not declare and transparent income and assets correctly, incompletely, and dishonestly, explaining changes in income and assets, violating regulations on corruption prevention and control and negativity.
Considering the content, nature, extent, and cause of the violation, based on Party regulations, the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to discipline Mr. Nguyen Duong with a warning.
