On the afternoon of February 13, the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the transfer, assignment, and appointment of cadres to hold the position of Secretary of the Ba Don Town Party Committee, Quang Binh Province for the 2020-2025 term.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the transfer, assignment and appointment of Mr. Phan Manh Hung - Head of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ba Don Town Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Ba Don Town Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Mr. Phan Manh Hung, born in 1976, from Hai Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province, has a high level of political theory; PhD in Economics. He used to hold the positions of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Secretary of the Quang Ninh District Party Committee, Director of the Department of Finance, Vice Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
In February 2024, Mr. Phan Manh Hung held the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.
