Politburo member and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Decision No. 1159/QD-TTg dated June 14, 2025 approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term for Mr. Truong Viet Dung, City Party Committee member and Chief of Office of the Hanoi People's Committee.
Decision No. 1159/QD-TTg takes effect from June 14, 2025.
Previously, on June 13, 2025, the 16th Hanoi People's Council, term 2021-2026, held a thematic session (203.) to consider personnel work under its authority.
At the session, 100% of the delegates present approved the Resolution to elect Mr. Truong Viet Dung, member of the City Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Hanoi People's Committee; delegate of the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, 2021-2026, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, term 2021-2026.
Mr. Truong Viet Dung was born on June 19, 1980, and has held the following positions: Deputy Chief of Office of Hanoi People's Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Hanoi People's Council, Chief of Office of Hanoi People's Committee.
