On the morning of July 8, the Government Inspectorate launched the Contest: "Inspiring Character of the Inspectorate".
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Sy Bay emphasized that the contest is one of the key activities towards the 80th Anniversary of the Vietnam Inspectorate Traditional Day - an opportunity to honor the achievements, contributions and dedication of generations of leaders, civil servants and public employees of the Vietnam Inspectorate.
They are those who always strive for the development of the country, the nation and the happiness of the people; contribute to fostering patriotism, national pride and self-respect; encourage the aspiration for dedication, solidarity, creativity and integrity; have a strong belief in the revolutionary path that the Party, Uncle Ho and the people have chosen, strive to build Vietnam in the new era - the era of increasingly rich, democratic, fair, civilized and happy.

According to the Deputy Inspector General of the Government, the country is entering a period of transformation and development. The Inspectorate is also facing great difficulties and challenges. This requires us to change our thinking and working methods to meet the increasingly high requirements of work.
The "Inspiring Character of the Inspectorate" contest was born to spread noble simple examples, those who have quietly created value, contributing to the glory of the Inspectorate with their integrity, dedication, objectivity, creativity and high sense of responsibility for their work" - Mr. Le Sy Bay commented.
The contest aims to find and honor people and groups that have been spreading the spirit of "Trust - When - Good - Impartial - Central" in practical work; collectives, civil servants, and public employees who are determined in fighting against corruption, typical in digital transformation, dedicated, good at their profession, and have great influence in the industry and community.
The contest is for civil servants, public employees, and workers in the Inspectorate who are working or have retired; students; Vietnamese citizens living in the country or abroad; Vietnamese people residing abroad who are interested in and love the activities of the Inspectorate.
The entries are presented in many formats, including: Articles: Written in Vietnamese, realistic, touching, easy-to-reach content; accompanied by appropriate illustrations; Photo reporting; Video clip.
High-quality works will be selected to be published in the "Inspiring Character" column of the Electronic Inspectorate Newspaper and widely communicated on digital platforms. Works that are shared publicly on social networks will be awarded points in the final round.
The prize structure of the Competition includes: Collective and individual prizes, designed to recognize and spread outstanding contributions throughout the Inspectorate.
In the collective award category, the Organizing Committee will award 5 prizes to localities, agencies, and units with a large number of entries, good article quality, and influence in the media and social networks. Each prize is worth 10,000,000 VND, with a Certificate.
For individual prizes, the Organizing Committee will award 1 First prize worth 20,000,000 VND, 2 Second prizes worth 15,000,000 VND each, 3 Third prizes worth 10,000,000 VND each and 5 Inspirational Character prizes worth 5,000,000 VND each; all are accompanied by a Certificate.
