On the evening of October 4, the leader of the People's Committee of Thuan An Ward (Hue City) said that a female body had just been discovered drifting in the Thuan An fishing port area.
At around 5:00 p.m. the same day, people discovered the incident and reported it to the authorities. The authorities quickly arrived, coordinated with the people to bring the bodies to shore and carry out procedures according to regulations.
