On October 2, the leader of the People's Committee of Quy Nhon Bac Ward (Gia Lai Province) said that he had just discovered a man dead in a rented room, the body was in the process of decomposing.
"We are directing the authorities to examine the scene, verify the identity and investigate the cause of this man's death," informed the leader of Quy Nhon Bac Ward People's Committee.
According to initial information, on the morning of the same day, local people discovered a foul smell coming from a motel. When breaking the door for inspection, they discovered a man dead, his body in a state of decomposition, so they immediately reported it to the authorities.
People said that the victim had not left the rented room for about 2-3 days before being discovered. The authorities are investigating and clarifying the incident.
