Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and promulgated Resolution No. 311/NQ-UBTVQH16 on Approving Members as full-time National Assembly deputies in the Culture and Social Affairs Committee of the 16th National Assembly.
Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee decided to approve Ms. Dang Bich Ngoc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the full-time Delegation of the Phu Tho Provincial National Assembly Delegation to hold the position of Member as a full-time National Assembly delegate at the Culture and Social Affairs Committee of the 16th National Assembly.
At the same time, the resolution also approved the termination of the position of Member who is a concurrent National Assembly deputy in the Law and Justice Committee of the 16th National Assembly.
During her time holding the position of Member as a full-time National Assembly deputy in the Culture and Social Affairs Committee of the 16th National Assembly, Ms. Dang Bich Ngoc enjoyed a position allowance with a coefficient of 1.10.
This Resolution takes effect from July 29, 2026.
