Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau receives additional tasks

Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau was assigned to be the Chairman of the Central Coordination Council for Dissemination and Legal Education.

On June 5, the Government Office said that the Central Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education (Council) issued Decision No. 53/QD-HDPH to consolidate members of the Council.

According to the decision, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau is the Chairman of the Council.

The Vice Chairmen of the Council include:

Mr. Hoang Thanh Tung - Minister of Justice is the Standing Vice Chairman of the Council, replacing Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh, former Minister of Justice.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Deputy Chairman of the Government Office is Deputy Chairman of the Council, replacing Mr. Do Ngoc Huynh, Deputy Chairman of the Government Office.

Members of the Council include:

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong - Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission is a member of the Council, replacing Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - former Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

Mr. Nguyen Van Gau - Deputy Minister of National Defense is a member of the Council, replacing Mr. Vo Minh Luong, former Deputy Minister of National Defense.

Mr. Le Van Tuyen - Deputy Minister of Public Security is a member of the Council, replacing Mr. Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security.

Mr. Ta Anh Tuan - Deputy Minister of Finance is a member of the Council, replacing Mr. Do Thanh Trung, former Deputy Minister of Finance.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh - Deputy Minister of Education and Training becomes a Member of the Council, replacing Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, former Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

The Central Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education has the task of advising and assisting the Government and the Prime Minister in directing and coordinating the implementation of the following tasks:

- Develop and implement solutions to strengthen the Party's leadership in disseminating and educating the law, providing legal aid, and legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and individual businesses.

- Improve policies and laws on dissemination, legal education, legal aid, and legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and individual businesses.

- Develop, promulgate and urge, inspect, and reward the organization of the implementation of programs, projects, and plans of the Government and the Prime Minister on dissemination, legal education, legal aid, and legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and individual businesses.

- Implement digital transformation in dissemination, legal education, legal aid, and legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and individual businesses.
