At the conference, Mr. Quan Minh Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Quang Ninh province - awarded the decision to transfer, assign, and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training (GDĐT) - to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hong Gai ward, term 2025-2030.
Emphasizing that Hong Gai is a central and key ward for economic, commercial and tourism development of the province, the Provincial Party Secretary expressed her belief that in her new position and responsibility, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy will continue to promote her capacity and qualities in all aspects of work; promote the role of setting an example, inspiring, and enthusiastic of the head, uniting with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee to successfully complete the assigned tasks. The focus is on continuing to improve the quality of Party building and the political system; comprehensively develop socio-economic aspects, maintaining its position as a commercial and tourism center of the province.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee had decided to transfer, assign, and appoint for a term Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province - to hold the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training; Mr. Le Ngoc Thanh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hong Gai ward - to hold the position of Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province.
