This is one of the contents and tasks stated in Official Dispatch No. 43-CV/BCD of the Central Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW on the Plan to continue reorganizing the apparatus of the political system.
This content was prepared to report at the 11th Conference of the 13th Central Executive Committee.
According to Official Dispatch No. 43-CV/BCD, the Central Organizing Committee will preside over the consultation on the development of: Orientation for personnel work of the 14th National Party Congress.
Review and supplement the planning of the 14th Central Executive Committee, report to the Politburo to submit to the Central Executive Committee (at the 11th Conference).
Appraise the projects of the Government Party Committee, the National Assembly Party Committee, the Fatherland Front Party Committee, central organizations, the Supreme People's Court Party Committee, and the Supreme People's Procuracy Party Committee to report to the Politburo.
Also according to Official Dispatch No. 43-CV/BCD, the Central Organizing Committee presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies: Complete the Project on the system of party organizations at the local level (provincial and grassroots levels).
Complete the draft Regulation of the Central Executive Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter (replacing Regulation No. 232-QD/TW, dated January 20, 2025).
Complete the draft amendments and supplements to Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW dated January 18, 2025 of the 13th Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Synthesize the projects of the Government Party Committee, the National Assembly Party Committee, the Fatherland Front Party Committee, central organizations, the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Court, the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy to develop a Report and Submission on the results of the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW of the Politburo, the Secretariat, report to the Politburo to submit to the Central Executive Committee (at the Central Conference 11).
After the resolution and conclusions of the 11th Conference of the 13th Central Executive Committee, the Central Organizing Committee chaired and coordinated with relevant agencies: Advised on the issuance of the Resolution and Conclusion of the 11th Central Conference on continuing to reorganize the apparatus of the political system.
Advising on the promulgation of the Central Executive Committee's Regulations on the implementation of the Party Charter (to be completed before April 25, 2025). The draft new Directive replaces Directive No. 35CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW (to be completed before April 20, 2025).
Advising the Secretariat to issue Guidelines on a number of specific issues of implementing the Party Charter (to be completed before May 15, 2025).
Advising the Secretariat to issue regulations on the functions, tasks, and organizational apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the provincial, commune, ward, and special zone levels (to be completed before June 15, 2025).
At the 10th Central Conference of the 13th tenure in mid-September 2024, the Central Executive Committee discussed the draft Report on the Summary of the personnel work of the 13th Party Central Committee and the orientation of the personnel work of the 14th Party Central Committee.
In the closing session on September 20, 2024, the Central Committee recorded a document introducing personnel for the Politburo and Secretariat for the 14th term, 2026 - 2031 term and supplemented the planning of the 14th Party Central Committee for the 2026 - 2031 term.
