In which, focus on controlling inflation, managing interest rates, exchange rates, and foreign exchange appropriately, ensuring the value of the Vietnamese currency; directing credit into production and business, priority sectors, growth drivers, social housing...; strictly controlling and ensuring credit quality in potentially risky sectors.
Strive for state budget revenue in 2026 to exceed by at least 10% compared to the implementation in 2025; strengthen management and promote stable, safe and effective development of the stock market and corporate bonds.
Closely monitor the developments of the gold market; promptly implement solutions to stabilize the gold market in necessary cases. Strive to put into operation the gold exchange before February 10, 2026, pilot the cryptocurrency exchange, real estate and land use right transaction center, ensuring safety, health, publicity, and transparency.
Ensure sufficient supply of electricity, gasoline, essential goods, and input materials for production, business and life.
Promote the development of a safe, healthy, and sustainable real estate market. Promote the effectiveness of the National Housing Fund, promote the construction of social housing, especially rental housing, striving to complete over 110,000 social housing apartments by 2026.
Strictly implement regulations on price declaration and listing; strictly handle violations, prevent hoarding and price increases; fight against smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and intellectual property rights infringement.
Promote the implementation of Resolution 57, which strengthens support for the application of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, green transformation, low carbon emissions, and resource saving; have strong enough policies to promote the development of Vietnamese digital technology industry enterprises.
Focus on solving backlog and prolonged projects; removing difficulties for production and business; promoting the clearing, mobilization and effective use of resources for development.
Continue to improve regulations on the organization of the administrative apparatus and effective operation of the 2-level local government.
Focus on cultural and social development, ensuring social security, improving people's lives, especially ensuring people enjoy spring and celebrate Tet; implement policies for people with meritorious services, policy beneficiaries, people in areas affected by natural disasters, remote areas, border areas, islands... Ensure Tet salaries and bonuses for workers according to regulations.
Consolidate and strengthen national defense and security; maintain social order and safety; pay attention to ensuring absolute safety of important political events, especially the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; promote foreign affairs and international integration; strengthen and improve the effectiveness of information and communication, creating social consensus.
