The guidance of the Central Inspection Committee states the number of personnel and structure of the Inspection Committees of provincial and municipal Party Committees, Central Public Security Party Committees, and Central Military Committees.

The Central Inspection Commission has just issued Instruction 17-HD/UBKTTW on the personnel work of inspection committees at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Instruction No. 17 states the number of personnel and the structure of the inspection committee.

Accordingly, with the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Central Party Committee: The number of 11 to 13 specialized members, especially the Hanoi Party Committee Inspection Committee, Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee of 13 to 15 specialized members (decided by the Party Committee).

The presiding committee is a standing committee member, with 3 to 4 deputy heads (the permanent deputy heads are committee members) and a number of members; the Hanoi Party Committee Inspection Committee and Ho Chi Minh City alone have no more than 5 deputy heads.

For the Party Committee Inspection Committee of the Party Central Committee, the Government Party Committee, the Party Committee of the National Assembly and the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, the central organizations: The number of 9 to 11 members; Particularly, the Government Party Committee Inspection Committee from 11 to 13 members (decided by the Party Committee); Including a number of concurrent members and Chairman of the Inspection Committee are the Deputy Secretary or Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee.

The full-time members include: 2 to 3 deputy heads and some members (the Government Party Committee Inspection Committee alone has 3 to 4 deputy heads); the standing deputy heads are committee members.

For the Central Military Commission Inspection Committee: The number of 11 to 13 members (decided by the Central Military Commission), including 8 to 10 specialized members and from 3 to 5 part -time members (including: Chairman of the Committee is the Chairman of the General Department of Politics; Deputy Minister of Defense; There are 2 to 3 members who are the Central Military Commissioner.

The full-time members include: 4 deputy heads (the standing deputy heads are committee members) and a number of committee members.

For the Central Police Inspection Committee: The number of 11 to 13 members (decided by the Central Police Party Committee), including 8 to 10 specialized members and from 3 to 5 part -time members (including: Chairman of the Commission, Deputy Secretary or Standing Committee of the Central Police Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security; There are 2 to 3 members who are Member of the Central Police Party Committee.
