The Government Inspectorate has just issued a Report on administrative procedure control, implementation of the one-stop, one-stop mechanism and implementation of administrative procedures in the electronic environment in the third quarter of 2025.
Notably, the Government Inspectorate said that in the third quarter of 2025, the Government Inspectorate received, processed and responded to 335/335 complaints and recommendations from individuals and organizations on the National Public Service Portal's Reflection and recommendation System.
All feedback on the processed and responded petitions will be made public according to regulations. Most of the received reflections and recommendations are not under the authority of the Government Inspectorate but are studied, classified and sent to the competent authorities for settlement; the reflections and recommendations that are not within the scope of regulation of Decision No. 574/2017/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister and the Receipt Regulations of the Government Inspectorate will be returned to individuals and organizations.
Regarding the results of citizen reception, during the reporting period, the Central Citizen reception Office in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City received 1,313 visits with 3,195 citizens coming to present 1,305 cases, most of which were cases that had been reviewed and resolved at many levels, with citizens not agreeing and receiving gifts.
In the coming time, the Government Inspectorate said that it will receive and process the reflection of recommendations from individuals and organizations on administrative regulations of the Government Inspectorate, expand the forms of receiving the reflection of recommendations from individuals and organizations; compile statistics, publish and update administrative procedures in the National Database.
