The 16th World Economic Forum (WEF Tianjin 2025) Pioneers' Annual Meeting will take place from June 24-26 in Tianjin, China.
This is the second largest and most important event of the year of the World Economic Forum after WEF Davos; a forum for countries to discuss long-term vision and solutions for key issues for global economic development.
The conference was attended by more than 1,700 delegates representing governments, businesses, international organizations, and scholars from many countries around the world. The World Economic Forum invited leaders of the five countries of Vietnam, Singapore, Ecuador, Senegal and Kyrgyzstan to attend the conference.
With the theme "Spirit of Startups in a New Era", the 2025 WEF Tianjin Conference has 5 main discussion contents including: Decoding the world economy, focusing on new growth trends in the context of fractured petroleum, inflation and unstable supply chains; China's prospects, discussing development models based on technology, AI, new-generation industry and market reform; Industrial transformation, with the contents of smart manufacturing, AI, clean energy technology and supply chain adaptation; Investing in people and planets, focusing on digital skills, climate finance, equality in technology and public-private partnership; and new energy and materials, discussing renewable energy, electricity storage, green industrial materials and next-generation nuclear technology.
