The Prime Minister emphasized that each emulation movement must ensure "3 no's": No form, through speakers; no " Saying but not doing"; no doing but ineffective.

On the morning of October 5, at the Government headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh - Chairman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council chaired the launching ceremony of the emulation and achievement celebration ceremony to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress, accelerating and breaking through the successful completion of the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

The launching ceremony was connected online to 34 provinces and centrally-run cities.

At the event, the Prime Minister announced the launch of the emulation campaign to achieve achievements to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress; speed up and make breakthroughs to complete the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

The Prime Minister stated that once again, the spirit of "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism must emulation" continues to be strongly promoted.

With the participation of the entire political system, the consensus and agreement of the majority of people and the business community, we have successfully implemented the revolution of "rearranging the rainbow", operating local governments at 2 levels.

At the same time, there are timely decisions to "turn the situation around, change the state", maintain political stability and achieve very positive and comprehensive results in socio-economic development.

There have been miracles made from emulation movements launched recently such as: Special emulation movement "The whole country is united, joined hands, and unanimously compete to prevent, combat and defeat the COVID-19 pandemic"; movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses that have reached the finish line 5 years and 4 months early; completing the 500 kV line 3 Quang Trach - Pho Noi in a record short time; 500 days and nights to complete 3,000 km of expressway...

The miracles create motivation, inspire, spread confidence for our entire nation to compete in labor, production, business, and improve the material and spiritual life of people across the country.

The Prime Minister emphasized the strong determination to turn this emulation movement into a vibrant and widespread political activity to "all people as one" unanimously agree and successfully implement strategic goals; act decisively to turn political determination into a specific product.

Every action, every movement must ensure "3 no's": No form, through the medium; no " Saying but not doing"; no doing but ineffective.

The Prime Minister requested that all levels, sectors, localities, each cadre, party member, civil servant, and public employee, especially the leader, must be exemplary "nolences", competing to "Innovate thinking, be determined to act, be creative, be exemplary in the lead, and be dedicated to contributing, creating development, and serving the people".

The business community, entrepreneurs and workers must be the center and subject of enthusiastic competition, enthusiastic work, creative day and night, enjoying results, sharing joy, actively contributing to building an independent, self-reliant and deeply integrated economy, substantial and effective.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continue to promote their role in mobilizing the participation and response of all classes of people; inheriting and promoting the spirit of "three ready", "three ready", "three most", "year of the festival", "Duyen Hai Wave", "Gio Dai Phong", "Trong Bac Ly"... in the new era.
