General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security, Minister of Public Security chaired the Conference.
To recognize the particularly outstanding achievements in combat, combat service, and building the People's Public Security Forces, the President signed Decisions to award Orders to many collectives and individuals; The Prime Minister signed Decisions to award the title of National Emulation Soldier to 1 individual under the Ministry of Public Security.
At the conference, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung awarded the First-class Military Service Order to 3 individuals for their particularly outstanding achievements in the working process, contributing to the cause of building socialism and protecting the Fatherland;
Awarding the Third-class Labor Medal to 2 individuals for their outstanding and unexpected achievements in advising, preparing, organizing, and serving the 14th National Party Congress.
Also at the conference, Minister Luong Tam Quang awarded the Second-class Military Service Order to 1 individual; awarded the First-class Military Exploit Order to 2 collectives, 2 individuals; awarded the First-class Fatherland Protection Order to 5 collectives; awarded the First-class Labor Order to 1 individual for outstanding achievements;
