On the evening of November 28, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the ceremony to announce the appointment decision and assign tasks to Minister of Transport Tran Hong Minh and Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang.
Accordingly, in Decision No. 1316/QD-CTN dated November 28, 2024, President Luong Cuong appointed Mr. Tran Hong Minh to hold the position of Minister of Transport for the 2021-2026 term.
In Decision No. 1318/QD-CTN dated November 28, 2024, President Luong Cuong appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Thang to hold the position of Minister of Finance for the 2021-2026 term.
At the announcement ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented the decision and flowers to congratulate the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Finance.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, the Prime Minister congratulated and assigned specific tasks to the two Ministers assigned to new tasks.
The Prime Minister hopes that the two Ministers will share the hardships with the Government, overcome difficulties and challenges, unite and be of one mind, discuss and understand, go and get there, finish what they do, all look in the same direction, once they have agreed, they must do it because the people are waiting, the Fatherland is expecting, the nation is hoping.
The Prime Minister hopes that the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Finance, once determined, will be even more determined, once tried, will try even harder, and once worked effectively, will be even more effective, bringing national interests to the new era, the era of striving, developing richly, and making the people happy and prosperous.
The Prime Minister has assigned specific tasks to the two Ministers, and at the same time expects the two Ministers in the new field to continue to inherit the tradition, perform well the assigned tasks, build a united and exemplary Government, and work responsibly.
At the ceremony, the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Finance promised Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh that they would try their best to fulfill their assigned tasks, worthy of the expectations of the leaders of the Party, State, Government and Prime Minister.
