After Tet, the whole country immediately deploys socio-economic development tasks, prepares for the election of the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels; responds promptly to the developments of the world situation.

According to the Prime Minister, thanks to the drastic involvement of the entire political system, people and the business community, the socio-economic situation in February and the first 2 months of 2026 continues the very positive trend, achieving important results in many fields.
However, the economy still has limitations, inadequacies and many difficulties and challenges such as macroeconomic management pressure, inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates are still high; gold and silver prices fluctuate sharply.
The capital supply for the economy to meet the demand for 10% growth is very large; production and business in some fields are still difficult; administrative procedures are still cumbersome.
The Prime Minister requested Government members and delegates to focus on discussing the socio-economic situation in the first 2 months of 2026 and identify key directions for the coming time.
Delegates focused on analyzing the context and direction and administration work in February and the first 2 months of the year, what points need to be noted; assessing the level of timely, flexible, and effective response to new developments in the world situation; socio-economic development results.

Consider and analyze the bottlenecks and major challenges that need to be removed; what is noteworthy about the international situation in the coming time; positive and negative factors; plans and operating scenarios to respond promptly, not to be passive or surprised.
Along with that, review the work of deploying and concretizing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress, and thematic resolutions of the Politburo.
The Head of Government requested delegates to propose key tasks and solutions for March, Q1 and the coming time, especially breakthrough tasks and solutions to complete the growth target of 10% or more and the set goals, targets, and tasks; promote disbursement of public investment capital, mobilize social resources; solutions to promote the development of culture, society, environment, defense, security, and foreign affairs.
