After inspecting the actual damage situation and disaster recovery work in Gia Lai province, on the afternoon of November 13, at the Government Headquarters, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a conference with ministries, branches, and central agencies; online with localities on overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, stabilizing people's lives and restoring production and business in the Central region.
Concluding the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh praised the spirit of determination and determination in directing the work of preventing and combating natural disasters, floods, and minimizing damage.
The Prime Minister requested local Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and core forces such as the army, police, and health workers to continue to encourage families of deceased and missing people, support according to local customs; search for missing people, treat the injured; stabilize the people's situation with the spirit of not letting anyone lack shelter, hunger, cold, schools, or medical examination and treatment.
The Ministry of Finance urgently reviews and balances the reserve budget for 2025, based on proposals, no later than 12:00 on November 14, to submit to the Government a support plan to arrange accommodation for people.
Note that on this occasion, relevant parties need to restructure people's housing to avoid dangerous areas and not live close to the sea, the Prime Minister requested that together with the Central Government and localities, they also mobilize resources to support people in rebuilding and repairing 1,900 collapsed houses and 67,000 houses with unroofed roofs.

The Ministry of Education and Training collects statistics and immediately resolves problems related to schools. The Ministry of Health grasps the situation, together with localities, to overcome the consequences.
The Prime Minister emphasized that everyone must get involved in the spirit of "wherever they retreat, restore it", quickly restoring livelihoods for the people.
Relevant agencies, banks, credit institutions, and insurance agencies will promptly implement measures to support people and businesses to restore production and business.
