This morning (January 16), in Nam Dinh province, General Secretary To Lam and the Central Working Delegation came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate General Secretary Truong Chinh at the General Secretary Truong Chinh Memorial House in Xuan Hong commune, Xuan Truong district, according to VNA.
The delegation included Politburo members: Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia; General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security. Also participating in the delegation were Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Nguyen Duy Ngoc and leaders of Central Committees, Ministries and Branches.
Along with offering flowers and incense to commemorate General Secretary Truong Chinh at the Memorial House, General Secretary To Lam and the delegation visited and wished Happy New Year to People's Armed Forces Hero Dinh Quoc Phong and visited the Nam Dinh Provincial General Hospital.
General Secretary To Lam had a talk with the Board of Directors of Nam Dinh Provincial General Hospital and presented Tet gifts to the construction unit of Nam Dinh Provincial General Hospital.
Also on the morning of January 16, in Nam Dinh province, General Secretary To Lam worked with the Executive Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee. At the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha presented the Decision to establish Ninh Co Industrial Park to Nam Dinh province.
