Focus on successfully piloting the model of one-level public administrative service centers under the provincial People's Committee in 5 localities.
Develop, issue, and effectively implement outstanding mechanisms and policies to address policies for cadres, civil servants, and public employees after restructuring the organizational apparatus, ensuring harmony and leaving no one behind.
At the same time, issue strong enough policies to attract and retain talented people to work in state agencies.
Synchronously deploy solutions to improve discipline, administrative order, improve the quality of public service performance and improve the quality of service to people and businesses.
Resolutely and strictly handle violations of discipline and administrative order, ensure strictness in law enforcement and strengthen people's trust.
Strengthen the integration of utilities on the Electronic Identification Application (VNeID); focus on reviewing and re-evaluating the quality of online public services being provided on the Administrative Procedure Information System at the ministerial and provincial levels and integrate and provide them on the National Public Service Portal.
Promote digitalization and data reuse; promote the implementation of Project 06 to facilitate people and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures.
