Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee Tran Tri Quang has just signed an official dispatch announcing the trial implementation of the Administrative Procedures Resolution System of the new Dong Thap province.
Accordingly, to better serve the implementation of administrative procedures for people and businesses, meeting the settlement of administrative procedures according to the 2-level local government model, Dong Thap has upgraded, adjusted, and merged the Information System for handling administrative procedures of the two provinces of Tien Giang and Dong Thap.
The province's administrative procedure settlement information system will be upgraded, adjusted, consolidated and tested from 6:00 p.m. on June 27, 2025 to 11:00 p.m. on June 30, 2025; along with closing the interface and not maintaining the province's Public Service Portal from 11:00 p.m. on June 30, 2025.
During the upgrading, adjustment, and consolidation period, agencies, units, and localities are required to inform organizations and individuals if they encounter difficulties in the process of performing administrative procedures, please contact the Provincial Public Administration Center, the One-stop Department of the People's Committees at district and commune levels for support and guidance.
The administrative procedure settlement information system of the new Dong Thap province will be officially operated from July 1, 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the provincial Departments, branches and sectors; People's Committees of districts and cities to inform the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns in the province to inform and propagate to people and businesses in the province.
