Speaking at the conference, Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh acknowledged the heartfelt opinions of voters, and at the same time requested localities to focus on planning, prioritizing investment in transport infrastructure, especially inter-regional connecting routes to create motivation for socio-economic development.

According to the Minister, the two Dong Dang - Tra Linh and Bac Kan - Cao Bang expressway projects have strategic significance for the province's development. Localities need to proactively remove difficulties related to land, site clearance, allocate resources and ensure social security for people.
