The Government's electronic information portal on the morning of September 10 informed that the Government Office has just held a conference to announce the decisions of the Minister and Head of the Government Office (VPCP) on personnel work for the leaders of Thong Nhat Hall (HCMC) and the Department of Management - Finance.
At this conference, Mr. Tran Kha Toan - Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision of the Minister, Head of the VPCP on personnel work for the leaders of Thong Nhat Hall, leaders of the Department of Management and Finance.
The decisions include:
- Decision No. 626/QD-VPCP dated September 5, 2025 assigns the Acting Director of Thong Nhat Hall (HCMC) to Mr. Tran Huu Phuoc - Deputy Director of Thong Nhat Hall from September 1, 2025 until the Minister and Head of VPCP appoints personnel to hold the position of Director of Thong Nhat Hall.
- Decision No. 587/QD-VPCP appoints Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Phuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Administration - Finance II to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Administration - Finance. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from August 25, 2025.
- Decision No. 582/QD-VPCP, appointed Mr. Phung Tan Hai Trieu - Deputy Director of the Department of Administration - Finance II to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Administration - Finance. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from August 25, 2025.
- Decision No. 583/QD-VPCP, appointed Mr. Truong Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Department of Administration - Management II to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Administration - Finance. The appointment term is 5 years, starting from August 25, 2025
- Decision No. 584/QD-VPCP, appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Administration - Management II to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Administration - Finance from August 25, 2025 until reaching the retirement age according to regulations.
At the conference, Deputy Head of VPCP Pham Manh Cuong presented the appointment decision of the Minister and Head of VPCP to Mr. Tran Huu Phuoc, holding the position of Acting Director of Thong Nhat Hall and the following individuals: Nguyen Thi Minh Phuong; Phung Tan Hai Trieu; Truong Anh Tuan and Nguyen Van Cuong holding the position of Deputy Directors of the Department of Management - Finance.
Previously, on the morning of September 8, Deputy Head of the VPCP Pham Manh Cuong and representatives of the Department of Management and Finance witnessed the installation of a new signboard of the Representative Agency of the Department of Management and Finance in the South at address 7 Le Duan, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
