Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Home Affairs conducts public consultation on 2 individuals proposed for consideration for the title "National Emulation Fighter".
The Central Emulation and Reward Committee received Document No. 8348/TTr-UBND dated December 6, 2024 of the People's Committee of Ben Tre province to submit to the Prime Minister for consideration and awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter" to 2 individuals:
1. Mr. Lu Minh Su, Teacher at Ta Thi Kieu Secondary School, Mo Cay Nam District, Ben Tre Province.
2. Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Hang, Principal of Ben Tre City Secondary School, Ben Tre City, Ben Tre Province.
In order to have a basis before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, the Central Emulation and Reward Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 2315/BTDKT-P.I requesting the Ministry of Home Affairs to collect public opinions within 10 working days for individuals proposed to be considered for the title of "National Emulation Fighter" mentioned above.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that people's opinions on awarding the title of National Emulation Fighter to the above individual should be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs Information Center, address: No. 8 Ton That Thuyet Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi or the Central Emulation and Reward Board, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
