Ecopark's first forest villa in 22 years of establishment and development
On the morning of October 29, after more than 22 years of development, accumulating experience, becoming the best investor in developing green, sustainable real estate in Vietnam, for the first time the founder of Ecopark launched a new product line - forest villas - located in the Retreat Forest subdivision of Eco Retreat metropolis (220ha, west of Ho Chi Minh City).

Retreat Forest is located in the core area of the Eco Retreat "forest". With an area of 56.2 hectares, the founder of Ecopark still follows the guideline: the largest area for landscape accounts for 68%, followed by infrastructure accounts for 17% and the lowest is the housing construction rate of only 15%.

At Retreat Forest, founder Ecopark applies the Miyawaki forest bag growing method, named after Professor Akira Miyawaki.
The Miyawaki method allows people with an understanding of native plants and enough depth in Ecopark's plants to create forests by developing at the same time, collaborating with 30 or more plant species and arranging them in a way that suits their interaction in nature.

Based on this therapy, suitable for the terrain and soil of the fertile land of the West, Ho Chi Minh City, the founder of Ecopark creates Retreat Forest, including 24 forests corresponding to 24 utility gardens (suong Mai garden, Dung Dua garden, Nho Hoa garden, Binh Minh garden, Nghe Thuat garden, Thong garden, Tung garden, Bach garden, Anh Trang garden, Ngoc Lan garden, ...) according to 4 different interactive topics, creating a unique experience journey while forming a completely different lifestyle, leading the trend of retreat living in the forest in the city - the forest is home.

Retreat Forest - The forest is home
At Retreat Forest, the way of creating 24 utility gardens with an area of up to 135,000m2 also creates community thanks to the interaction in each garden. Each garden not only has landscape and experience of nature but also has utilities for residents to interact with each other, thereby forming a community of people with similar interests and love for nature to enjoy the benefits of nature.

The villas in Retreat Forest are also designed around and nestled under the trees of 24 themed gardens. Retreat Forest is also designed by the founder of Ecopark to solve the problem: located between gardens and community amenities but still ensuring the necessary privacy, through 23 3-storey house design models, of which 18 models have private experience basements.

According to the founder of Ecopark, a popular space commonly found in current villa designs is the living room with integrated living room and family entertainment. The homeowner's relaxation or privacy activities are often included in the master bedroom space, for example, integrating a walk in closet, a room displaying collections of fashion and jewelry. Or the traditional items collection room integrated into a part of the living room. This popular design has also faced a challenge as the trend of personalization is increasing.
The host needs his own space, his own experience - a place not for all guests. In other words, in the family's enjoyment lifestyle, there is now a need for a "private experience" that is true to the owner's interests, personality and very unique identity and Retreat Forest was born to solve this problem.

Retreat Forest is also designed according to the principle of taking in cool air and converging the air inside the natural basement, turning this space into a private experience layer, leading the trend of quiet luxury lifestyle (akcent in quiet, private) in the market.

"At Retreat Forest, Eco Retreat, we are not just building a house. We create a lifestyle, an address to return to ourselves, returning to connections with loved ones in an inhumane living environment in the western market of Ho Chi Minh City" - Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quang - Deputy Business Director of Ecopark shared.
