This is also the key content in the inspection and supervision program of the People's Inspection Board of TKV implemented at Duong Huy Coal Company - TKV recently.
Reporting to the delegation at the inspection, Mr. Dao Trung Huy - Chairman of the Trade Union of Duong Huy Coal Company - TKV said that in the first 6 months of 2026, Duong Huy Coal basically well implemented programs and targets related to caring for life, jobs and policies for employees; and seriously implemented the directions of TKV Group and TKV Trade Union.
Not only checking records and books, the working group also directly surveyed the collective kitchen at the production site; inspected food safety conditions, import-export processes, food preservation and use, and the allowance regime for workers.
Through actual inspection, Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu - Vice Chairman of TKV Trade Union, Head of TKV People's Inspection Board, Head of the working delegation highly appreciated the organization and management of the Company, many contents were deployed methodically and scientifically, ensuring the requirements and rights of employees.
The delegation also requested the Company to continue to accept the quality of sightseeing and vacation programs in a substantive direction; pay attention to arranging jobs suitable to the health status of workers after periodic check-ups. These are specific requirements for care policies to truly go into depth, directly towards workers.
